Erin Named to Top 40

Erin Smith, Executive Director, Operations at Memorial Hospital, was recently selected to Michiana’s class of Forty Under 40, an annual program that spotlights 40 of our area’s most talented and dedicated young executives, professionals and leaders who demonstrate career success and community engagement. The Young Professionals Network South Bend and St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the South Bend Tribune, area chambers of commerce, presenting sponsor Gates Automotive Group and supporting sponsors Barnes & Thornburg, Crowe Horwath and 1st Source Bank recognize the 2014 Michiana Forty under 40 class.

Erin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at Indiana University and completed a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration and Business Administration at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

A South Bend native, Erin has worked for Memorial for six years, and serves on the advisory board for Indiana University’s Center for a Sustainable Future.
