Learn at Your Computer

It’s important that we take advantage of educational opportunities that enhance our ability to do our jobs. NetLearning, an online Learning Management System for associates, is just the tool to accomplish that.

NetLearning assigns associates education courses, known as Computer Based Learnings (CBLs), to be reviewed and then tests your knowledge of the course(s). The program tracks your completion of the courses which are then shared with management in your department.

The system also allows associates to sign up for classes to further enhance their education. Educators are able to create classes and track those who have registered and completed them. Department leaders can also use it to track monthly meetings.

Starting July 1, CBLs will be available on NetLearning with a deadline for everyone to finish their courses by October 31. Completion of CBLs is required by all associates and is required as part of employment at Beacon.

This replaces the previous MIS sheets that Elkhart General used for annual compliance.
