The most comprehensive rehabilitation service in Michiana:

- The only rehabilitation service in the region to provide the full continuum of acute rehabilitative care. We are with you from your first evaluation at our trauma center to your transition back to home or an intensive rehab program. Our physiatrists and therapists also continue to assist you on an outpatient basis to help you continue your journey back to health.
- Two acute inpatient rehabilitation units. Around-the-clock rehabilitation care for patients who have severe injuries or paralysis following a traumatic accident or devastating side effects from a stroke or other neurological condition.
- Day treatment program. A unique program for patients who need intensive rehabilitation following discharge from the hospital, but who are able to return to their homes each night.
- Full range of general therapeutic services available for all ages. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and more.
