Led by Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore, co-authors of the bestseller “The Experience Economy,” the week-long intensive certification course provides participants with in-depth coverage of Experience Economy principles and models. Using this framework allows participants to consider ways to develop or enrich experiences for customers and associates.
