Living the Beacon Values
Elkhart General has launched the Beacon Values Awards to recognize departments and groups for their efforts in exemplifying the values of Trust, Integrity, Compassion, Respect and Patient at the Center. The awards highlight not only the great things that occur every day at Elkhart General, but also emphasize the understanding that all associates are helping us serve our patients and the community.
Nominations can include specific situations that demonstrate the values or a spotlight on the everyday work that points out a connection to the values. Nominations can be sent via email to anyone in the group (Subject Line: Values Team): Cindie McPhie, Tami Long, Lorna Stahler, Maria Behr, Beth Bowles, Kim Walker, Renee Obregon and Deanna Roberts.
