Congrats to Dr. Anish Nayee, Elkhart General’s August Rockin’ Doc
When there are challenging moments during a surgery, it’s comforting for Elkhart General surgical support staff to know someone like Anish Nayee, M.D., is leading the team.
Dr. Nayee, of Urologist Associates of Elkhart, provides a sense of calm and confidence not only for his patients, but also for the medical team.
“He always seems to be in a good mood even if things aren’t going as planned,” explains a staff member. “Dr. Nayee makes the surgery atmosphere great to work in.”
Described as knowledgeable, humorous, kind and down to earth, Dr. Nayee makes everyone around him feel comfortable.
“He makes everyone feel important and values the opinions of all the surgical team members. When I find out I’m working with him, it puts a smile on my face. He’s a pure joy to be around.”
Dr. Nayee is eager to help in any way possible to provide the best patient-care experience, including positioning patients and arranging surgical supplies.
“Because he is so easy to approach and efficient,” says a staff member, “it creates a nice environment for staff to provide higher-quality care in a happy, non-stressful environment, which is reassuring to patients and good for everyone.”
A big part of what makes Dr. Nayee a Rockin’ Doc is the attitude he brings to work every day.

Putting patients at the center is a Beacon Health System value, and it’s something Dr. Jordan exemplifies in her work with every patient interaction.
While her office is located off Memorial Hospital’s campus, Dr. Jordan has been more than willing to visit her patients if they are being treated at the hospital. Through communication and collaboration on the plan of care, she ensures the medical and nursing teams are working in unison for her patients’ best interest.
She works well with Memorial’s Emergency Care Center physicians to determine the best discharge plan for her patients.
Dr. Jordan cares deeply for her patients and is dedicated to follow-up care once her patients have left the hospital to help them on their journey to health and well-being.
Going above and beyond to ensure her patients understand their medical condition is important to Dr. Jordan. She also ensures her patients have the necessary medical equipment at home to meet their health care needs – even when it means she has to talk to insurance companies and home care services on a Saturday morning.
Her knowledge, compassion and team-focused approach to patient care make Dr. Jordan a Rockin’ Doc.
