Fast-Pass Visitor Identification System

Memorial Hospital now using the Fast-Pass visitor identification system.

All visitors will be given a photo-ID visitor pass upon entering the hospital.

• Please show a valid picture ID to security or guest management team members when you enter.
• A peel-and-stick badge with your photo, name, date and destination will be created for you.
• Please wear the badge throughout your visit.
