Starting in January 2016, associates at all levels will be able to enroll in courses that enhance their skillset and/or prepare them for future leadership roles at Beacon. The initiative is part of a larger mission tied to Beacon’s focus on retaining and cultivating talent. At the end of the day, it’s the talent and dedication of our associates that makes the difference.

Why Beacon Academy?
Beacon Academy was developed to benefit Beacon Health System’s most important asset: you and the more than 7,000 other associates who have chosen to make Beacon Health System their Career Destination. Beacon Academy offers associate and leadership development curriculums in over 50 courses that will provide the opportunity to learn, grow and develop.
