Making the Wheels Turn
Beacon continued to grow and improve through 2015 and technology played an integral part. The graphic (above) highlights the work completed by Information Systems to support associates in all that you do. While the number of projects requested and tickets logged increased significantly, the amount of unscheduled Cerner downtime fell, explains CJ Wachs, RN, MSN, Director, Clinical Informatics at Beacon.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and support as Information Systems transitioned and grew in 2015. Expect even more improvements as Operation Janus and optimization efforts continue throughout 2016.
