Our breast care centers offer the very latest services to best meet the needs of each individual patient. We can provide screenings, early detection, diagnostic imaging services and specialist consultations for benign breast conditions, all in a warm, welcoming, and patient and family-centered environment.

- 3D diagnostic screening mammogram
- 3D diagnostic screening mammograms for women with implants
- Breast Ultrasound
- Affirm Prone Biopsy System: The Affirm Prone Biopsy System offers a larger field of view for high-resolution images to make visualizing suspicious areas easy and efficiently.
- Bravera® Breast Biopsy System: The Brevera® system is designed to streamline the entire breast biopsy process from start to finish, with real-time imaging for instant verification and automated specimen handling.
- Needle localization: Needle Localization (sometimes called wire localization) is performed in the Breast Care Center prior to surgery. Many times, suspicious areas can show up on mammograms or ultrasounds that are too small to be felt. The needle localization pinpoints the area that the surgeon needs to biopsy during your surgery.
- Stereotactic image-guided core breast biopsy: Stereotactic (X-rays from two angles) breast biopsy is used to biopsy an abnormal area or micro-calcifications found on a mammogram. In some cases, this procedure eliminates the need for a more invasive surgical biopsy. The accuracy of outpatient stereotactic biopsy can be as great as open biopsy and is less costly.
- Ultrasound-guided core breast biopsy: An ultrasound-guided core biopsy is a tissue sampling performed under the guidance of ultrasound.
- Cyst aspiration: An ultrasound-guided cyst aspiration may be recommended by the radiologist or your physician to drain a cyst. Aspirating a cyst may be performed to relieve discomfort or to find out if a complex cyst is a fluid-filled cyst.
