Services
- Acute (Trauma) Care – Inpatient therapy is located inside Elkhart General Hospital and Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
- Cardiac rehabilitation – Treatment interventions include: monitored exercise, behavior change counseling to assist patients with lifestyle changes, and education of risk factor modification and reduction of symptoms.
- Pulmonary rehabilitation – This is a supervised outpatient program supporting people with chronic lung disease whose breathing problems interfere with normal daily activities.
