The Commons at Elkhart Health & Aquatics

Community leaders and organizations as well as local individuals provided input into the development of the Elkhart Health & Aquatics Commons space, while the Beacon Health Community Impact team assisted in developing programming surrounding the most pressing health needs in Elkhart as identified in the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment.
