Outpatient Lab hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Community Hospital of Bremen
Community Hospital of Bremen Laboratory is a full-service laboratory committed to excellence in quality and customer service. We are fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and CLIA. The goal of the CAP accreditation program is to assure a level of service that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements. We offer inpatient and outpatient services, and home draw services are available to homebound patients within a local radius. Please contact the laboratory for more information.
We accept laboratory orders from any licensed physician. Fax orders are accepted at 574.546.4025.
Laboratory services for inpatients and emergency department patients are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Outpatient testing hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Three Rivers Health
Three Rivers Health offers full clinical laboratory services at two locations in the Three Rivers Area. Our lab offers and performs a wide variety of tests including basic and comprehensive chemistry profiles, lipid panels, CBC, coagulation studies, therapeutic drug testing and many others. Our professionals are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional visit and results.
- No appointment needed for blood draws (If you have a glucose tolerance order, please register by 9am)
- Any hospital and doctor’s lab orders are accepted.
- Same day results for most tests.
- Qualified and experienced staff.
- Three Rivers Health Lab is fully accredited by The Joint Commission.

- Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Patient Instructions
Many lab tests require fasting. In order to have the most accurate lab results, fasting patients should avoid food and drinks for 8-10 hours or as directed by their provider. Water may and should be consumed in the evening and the morning, as hydration is important, but patients should not eat breakfast and not drink coffee, juice, diet or regular soft drinks prior to having a fasting blood test drawn.
