Ingredients

(Serves 2)
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 whole-wheat buns

Directions

Heat the grill or medium skillet to medium heat.

In a medium bowl, mix the turkey breast, onion, oats, ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Form the mixture into two 4-ounce patties.
