Exceptional Associate Experience

The survey responses provide valuable guidance on where Beacon needs to make improvements and what can be done to help enhance our culture.

Communication is one of the major topics Associates identified as an opportunity for Beacon to improve upon. Your input on the survey was important, and we have responded to your concerns by making improvements in a variety of areas that we will be highlighting in The Beam. Each improvement, whether it’s a new benefit, better technology or new programs, has been done to make Beacon a great place to work. But even more than that, it’s the right thing to do.
