Communication is arguably the single most important factor in creating a productive, positive and trust-filled work environment. Whether it is among Associates or with patients and their families, open, quality communication is necessary for achieving better health outcomes. Because communication affects just about everyone and everything we do at Beacon Health System, directors and managers will be gathering for an important discussion about the topic at Leadership Connection Day on June 6 in Granger. They will be learning about best practices and successful methods surrounding communication from around the country that can be implemented here.
