Nothing but Love for Surgery

Elkhart General Surgical Services held an appreciation dinner for office managers, schedulers, and insurance staff from provider offices who, together with hospital surgery schedulers and surgical services management, make it possible for patients to receive surgical, endoscopic and cath lab procedures. Auditorium B was transformed into a fine dining venue for the first-time event, which featured food prepared and elegantly served by Chef Mario Garber and his staff.

Janet Gowen, Surgical Services business manager, and Pam Goddard, executive director of Surgical and Cardiovascular Services, spoke at the event. Surgical Services thanks Julie Yoder, Gloria Mullins, April Porter, Tara Ashworth, Laura Benn, Emily Frederick (schedulers), Holli Hamilton (insurance specialist) and Linda Emerson (scheduling supervisor) along with Beth Bowles, director of Nutrition Services, Pam Goddard and Janet Gowen for their part in a wonderful evening.
