Dr. DePhillips received his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago, and completed his Neurosurgery Residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Board Certified in Neurosurgery, Dr. DePhillips is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgery, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the North American Spine Society. He has special interests in traumatic brain injury and disorders of the spine. He has received continued neurosurgical education and training in minimally invasive surgical techniques in spinal procedures.
Dr. Cornwell received his medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine and completed his General Surgery Residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, S.C. He completed his Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Tennessee. A surgeon with more than 25 years experience, Dr. Cornwell has worked in the LaPorte community since 2000. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the Cancer Liaison Program of the American College of Surgeons. He performs all types of outpatient surgeries.
Dr. Falcon received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies and completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Puerto Rico. As Chief Resident, he taught obstetrics and gynecology to medical students and nurses. Dr. Falcon is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. `
