The Stars of Customer Service

The 5th Annual Beacon Medical Group Customer Service Celebration was held Sept. 24 at Granger Commons, with more than 900 associates in attendance. Thanks to the incredible efforts of the entire Beacon Medical Group, there was a lot to celebrate this year.

Beacon Medical Group includes more than 230 physicians, specialists and nurse practitioners working at nearly 50 sites.

Attendees were welcomed on a red carpet to a star-studded event in which Customer Service Champions from each site were presented with a statue and gift card. Committee Chairman, Joseph Caruso, M.D., was the master of ceremonies, and Beacon Medical Group President, Kreg Gruber, spoke to the group and expressed the importance of teamwork, quality and customer service.
