Set Sail on the Be a Beacon Journey!

An exciting, interactive and thought-provoking new learning experience is starting to roll out to all associates at Beacon Health System.

As Beacon associates, we are called to make every experience with patients, guests and each other exceptional. It’s not necessarily about going above and beyond, it’s about anticipating and responding to the needs of others and making Beacon a welcoming place where patients and guests know and feel that we care about them. Every one of us has a part in this effort.

Finding Your Way Log into NetLearning (Online at https://beaconhealthsystem.org/careers/current-associates/be-a-beacon/) and look for the Be a Beacon Be Well course in your To Do list. The course is due at the end of June and is accessible from a PC or mobile device — anywhere, anytime. Go at your own pace, stopping and starting when it’s convenient for you. And the best part is, you will hear from your own colleagues about how they contribute to exceptional experiences for patients, families and each other.

Once you complete Be Well in June, you will be ready for the next two courses in July: Be Present and Be Caring. Bon Voyage!
