Open communication is the hallmark of any great relationship. Whether it’s families, community groups or large organizations, keeping the lines of communication open are important in building trust, teamwork and engagement.
To improve communication, Beacon Human Resources has created the “Just Ask” program. Associates are welcome to ask any questions they may have and expect an honest, clear and timely response from Beacon leadership. The goal is to improve communication within Beacon and among associates.
