Meet Beacon’s Leadership Team

Dear Beacon Associates,

The future is going to demand that we do things differently, and that means we have to organize ourselves differently. To help bring some clarity to these new roles, our restructured leadership team is pictured below. Some significant changes include: Kreg Gruber has been named Chief Operating Officer of Beacon Health System; Shelly Harkins, M.D., has accepted the new position of Chief Medical Officer for Beacon Health System; Vince Henderson, M.D., has been named President of Beacon Medical Group; and Mark Warlick has officially been named Chief Information Officer. Our goal is a great work environment and better health care for people in the communities we serve. With your support, I know we can make that happen.
