The Benefits Buzz
This year, the Benefits e.crew team focused on determining if Beacon’s benefits meet the needs of associates. To help find the answer, the team looked at 1,145 responses to a Beaconwide survey sent this spring. The results revealed how we prefer to learn about benefits-related materials, which benefits are the most (and least) important to us, and if we know where to find benefit information.
FIND IT FASTER — BENEFITS INFO ONLINE
Based on survey responses, many of us know where to find some benefits information, but not all of it. Plus, it wasn’t accessible from
a non-Beacon computer. But, thanks to the work of the Benefits e.crew team, we now have an all-inclusive, easily accessible way for finding benefits information!
Beacon associates can now find all the benefits information at BeaconHealthSystem.org. Go to Careers > Current Associates > Associate Resources. You can access benefits information online from anywhere – even at home!
