More than 100 teams, including 740 associates, across Beacon Health System took part in the September Get Up & Go activity challenge. Together, they totaled more than 241 million steps. That translates to 114,133 miles overall – equivalent to traveling around the earth 4½ times! This was our first Beaconwide exercise challenge, and there were many associates who enjoyed the month-long activity.
The top team, Holy Walkamolies, totaled 1.3 million steps, followed by The Sod Busters and RADIOLOGY. Be on the lookout for future exercise challenges!
