Benefits Corner: Wellness Screenings
Time has arrived again for Beacon’s annual Virtual Wellness Screening process, a benefit that is available to all Beacon associates and their spouses covered under the Beacon medical plan.
Specifically, you (and your spouse if applicable) must register online (https://beacon.circlewell.com/login), complete your online Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) and schedule and complete your onsite lab appointment. Be sure to complete your HRA prior to scheduling your screening appointment. The scheduling system will open for appointments on May 23, and screenings will run from June 1 through Aug. 31.
- Enter your username and password OR registered as a new user through the “Register Account.” You must register in 2016 even if you had an account previously. If you’ve forgotten your login info., click on “Recover Login” or call 866.682.3020 ext. 204
- Click on “My HRA & Results” and complete the questionnaire.
- Click on Schedule Appointments > Schedule Health Screening and choose your date and time.
