Your Input Matters – Associate Survey Starts Aug. 22

Beacon is dedicated to creating a work environment that is engaging for each and every associate. We know that when you love where you work, it shows in everything you do, and we want to make Beacon a place where you love to work.

To do this, we are asking for your help. The best way for us to create an amazing place to work is by listening to your feedback. The 2016 Beacon Associate Survey is the most useful tool you can use to help make Beacon an even better place to work. By completing the survey, you will be helping yourself, your fellow Associates and Beacon overall. The survey will begin Aug. 22 and close Sept. 5.

You will receive an email from Advisory Board Survey Solutions with a link to complete the survey and an auto-generated password when completing the survey.

Please be assured that the survey is completely confidential. Beacon has no way to track individual responses, and there is no way for anyone to see your individual responses.

As part of our shared responsibility for creating a Healthy, Happy, Awesome place to work, we ask you to take this survey. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete and is crucial in helping us to make our organization the best it can be. Without your participation we won’t know what is going well and what isn’t.

At the end of the survey you will find a prize entry form. Print this out and complete it, and then submit it for your chance to win some amazing prizes. The sooner you enter, the greater your chance of taking home one of the prizes.
