Angela Herman, MD

Dr. Herman received her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago and completed her pediatric residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and her fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Herman has been assistant professor, Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, at the University of Illinois School of Medicine at Peoria in Illinois. Heather Kistka, MD
Neurosurgery
Dr. Kistka is originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin. She graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her neurosurgery residency and subspecialization in neurosurgical oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Her research focused on natural history and outcomes of neurosurgical treatments of primary tumors and metastases to the brain and spine. Her interests include restoring function to the central and peripheral nervous system from multiple causes including tumors, degenerative disc disease, carpal tunnel and vascular malformations. Ryan Bonek, MD

Nicholas Kerr, DO

Dr. Kerr received his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa, and completed his family residency at Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka and his hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Kerr is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Rachel Dunham, MD

Dr. Dunham received her medical degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev Medical School for International Health in Israel and completed her residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program.
