- ROTH: The ROTH is an extension to Beacon’s 401(k)/403(b) Retirement Benefit. Associates can contribute after-tax dollars toward a ROTH. The benefit of contributing after-tax dollars is when a distribution is made from the ROTH account there is no tax taken from distributed funds.
