Lighting the Way to Health and Well-Being

What a week at Beacon Health & Fitness! The area’s newest and most innovative fitness center opened in Mishawaka on Thursday, Nov. 10. Several events, including the associate open house, were among the big highlights in the days leading up to the grand opening of the 67,000-square-foot facility.

The grand opening featured Beacon CEO Phil Newbold carrying a torch in its final leg of a journey that began in the downtown South Bend location and concluded at the new fitness center. Several Beacon associates also carried the torch along the way, including Beacon Chief Operating Officer Kreg Gruber, Beacon Health & Fitness Personal Training Coordinator Del Stukel, Robert Riley, MD, and Alan Loyd, Director of Beacon Health & Fitness.
