Elkhart General Hospital Physician Honored

Congratulations to Dr. Omar Jahangir, Hospitalist Program Director at Elkhart General Hospital, on receiving the Apogee Star Award from his practice, Apogee Physicians.

Given to fewer than 10 providers in Apogee’s 17-year history, the award recognizes Dr. Jahangir’s dedication to patient safety, quality care and leadership during his career. He was selected for the honor from among over 80 program directors and 850 hospitalists from across the country.
