The holidays are here. But with the holidays comes the winter respiratory season.
We’ve already seen an increase in COVID-19 cases in our area and we have now confirmed positive cases of influenza as well.
How do we fight this? “We need to get our flu shots,” says Beacon Medical Group Goshen pediatrician Mary Alice Reid, MD. “Flu shots will enable us to avoid this serious and miserable disease.”
Everyone six months and older is eligible for their flu shots. You can even get it with your regular vaccines or even with your COVID vaccine.
