Connecting with heart: Teams share, celebrate their ‘whys’

Teams at Memorial Hospital recently shared and celebrated their “whys” — the reasons and inspiration behind the amazing work they do for our patients.

“Reconnecting with our individual purpose reminds us why we do what we do — it brings us back to our values, our passions, and our purposes,” said Pam Morrison, Director of the Medical, Oncology and Intermediate Care Center units. “Remembering our ‘why’ reinvigorates us to persevere and to move forward, despite the current hardships healthcare is facing. We are here for our patients and remembering that, as well as celebrating that, is the ‘why’ for so many!”
