Beacon Health & Fitness Granger named MXM Location of Excellence
Beacon Health & Fitness Granger has received the 2022 Annual MXM Location of Excellence Award. This recognition is a testament to the fitness center’s ability to gather and act on member feedback and be a leader in providing exceptional member experiences.

Fitness centers have been under enormous strain for the past few years. Creating thorough cleaning and safety protocols, keeping clubs staffed appropriately and providing an exceptional customer experience has become even more important to gaining member loyalty and satisfaction. As standards and expectations have been raised, so have the challenges fitness centers face in meeting them.
The fitness centers awarded the MXM Location of Excellence Award have set themselves apart from other gyms and are successful due to innovation and their commitment to gaining and evaluating feedback to provide an optimal experience for their members.

Winners are selected based upon two criteria: The winner must have at least 240 valid member feedback responses for the last 6 months of 2022, achieve an average score of 9 or higher in four required categories (front desk staff friendliness, overall staff friendliness, fitness center cleanliness, likelihood to recommend) and receive an average score of 9 in one flex category (equipment condition, locker room/showers, staff assistance, group exercise/fitness classes, personal training services).
