Beacon Health System named to prestigious 2023 Forbes list of America’s Best-in-State Employers

Beacon Health System has been named to the prestigious 2023 Forbes list of America’s Best Employers by State.

Forbes partnered with market research firm and industry ranking provider Statista to independently survey 70,000 full- or part-time employees across the U.S. at companies with more than 500 workers nationwide.

Employees were asked to anonymously give their opinions on a series of statements surrounding work-related topics, including working conditions, diversity, salary, potential for development, and company image regarding their current employer. Participants were also asked to evaluate other workplaces in their state and gauge their willingness to recommend their employer to their own friends and family.

The healthcare and social services sector was the most represented category of best employers nationally, according to Forbes. Results of the survey were based on more than 2.1 million recommendations from participants. About 1,390 organizations nationwide made the list.
